Terms and Conditions
  1. Companion ticket offer is valid only for Diners Club Professional Credit Card and Charge Card Cardmembers and is non-transferable.

  3. Cardmembers are entitled to unlimited access to the companion ticket benefit throughout their Membership year. Diners Club Professional Charge Card Cardmembers are eligible for the companion ticket benefit one time during their Membership year.
  4. Offer must be booked by December 31, 2011, and all travel must be completed by December 31, 2012.
  5. Companion tickets on British Airways are available with the purchase of a round-trip, full fare, non-restricted ticket in First, Club World (Business) and World Traveller Plus (Premier economy) levels originating from the U.S. or Canada for travel worldwide.

  7. The purchased ticket may not be combined with any promotional fares, coupons, seat sales, special or corporate discounts, consolidator tickets, infant or senior citizen discounts, travel agent discounts, or wholesale tickets.
  8. Purchased tickets may not be bought with Club Rewards points or Avios. However, purchased tickets are eligible for Club Rewards points and Avios.
  9. Purchased tickets must be bought with the Diners Club Professional Charge Card.
  10. The primary passenger and the companion must travel on the same itinerary and class of travel with no exceptions. Reservations for both passengers must be booked in the same Passenger Name Record (PNR) and tickets must be issued at the same time. Date or routing changes are subject to applicable fare rules and space availability. Additional collections and service charges may apply in pricing for new routing requests. Single open jaws and stopovers may be permitted but are subject to applicable fare rules.
  11. Tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue. No extensions are permitted.
  12. Tickets must be purchased at least 5 business days before travel for corporate Cardmembers and at least 7 business days before travel for professional Cardmembers. All bookings are subject to availability.
  13. Itinerary must include a Saturday night stay. Inventory on some flights may not be available until several weeks prior to departure. Inventory may be limited or unavailable on certain flights.
  14. All travel reservations must be made through your Personal Service Representative.
  15. Both tickets are subject to taxes, fees, charges and surcharges, including airline surcharges.
  16. Refunds are allowable, provided fare rules are met, on the purchased ticket only and must be accompanied by the unused companion ticket. Companion tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value. However, when applicable, taxes and fees may be refunded. Refunds will not be allowed after travel has commenced.
  17. Diners Club and British Airways reserve the right to discontinue this offer at any time upon reasonable notice.

  20. You must purchase your ticket by December 31, 2011 and complete your travel by December 31st, 2012. This offer applies to new Canada originating reservations for one-way or round-trip travel. Offer is available on British Airways Plc mainline flights only. Offer is not available for BA franchise or code-share flights. Corporate discounts, consolidator or wholesale fares, senior citizen discounts, travel agency discounts, child or infant fares, and any other promotional offers do not qualify and cannot be combined with this offer. No waitlist permitted. All tickets issued must be for a BA flight only. 15% discount applies to all published fares in World TravellerSM and World Traveller PlusSM. Fares may vary depending on flight availability. Routing, refunds and date changes are subject to purchased fare rules and any additional collections in pricing for the new routing, space availability, and any service charges. No name changes are allowed once tickets are issued. Valid for Canadian residents and paid for in Canadian dollars. Flight interruption policy: If irregular flight operations occur, alternate travel arrangements will be made under British Airways' existing flight interruption policy for travelers.
