1. Log in to e-Account Manager via the Secure Account Management area on the right side of the page. If you have not registered for e-Account Manager, click "Register" and enter your Cardmember information to create a user ID and password.
2. After logging in, click "Account Management".
3. Choose "Update Information"

How to dispute a charge

Transactions can be disputed by phone or directly from your online statement. Enter the necessary information and submit the form. Your inquiry is sent directly to our Dispute Resolution Department. It usually takes from 45 to 60 days to research a dispute. You can call Customer Service at 1 800 363-3333.
